Exceptional customer service (as with all Ritzs'), great club lounge with yummy food options, terrific location in NW DC, and overall a lovely hotel. We had special requests (early check in, late check out) that they accomodated without question. Will definitely return!

A wonderful oasis in the hubbub of DC. It's West End location is great....calm yet very close to both Georgetown and the major sights. The Club Level was fabulous....5 different food and beverage presentations during the day and evening. Lovely staff. The West End Bistro is fantastic...love it!
