Hotel is very centrally located, nice, clean and has excellent staff. It actually has smoking rooms on the 8th floor which is rare for hotels. Parking pricing is probably the only issues (at greater than $40/night) but street parking is available at meters and some limited parking without meters for off-hours is available in front of the hotel.

Well located, nice area, good service and very good facilities. Clean, good accomodation and very good food. For family trip, this a great place as all the monuments are in walking distance and for the price I would definetly stay.

Homewood Suites DC has a few smoking suites on the 8th floor. Suites are very quite and do not smell like a smokers den. Great location on the 14th street corridor if you ever want to get away for the night!!

Great location to all downtown DC has to offer.. Super friendly staff made my week long stay a very pleasant one. They were upgrading their wifi the week I was there and boy let me tell you, after they were done it was blazing fast. I am beyond pleased with my stay at this hotel.

“clean and confortable”

I was there for business. so it's comfortable for me because the hotel provided wifi. the hotel was confortable, big room, clean, friendly staffs, very very impressive. but the breakfast was a bit boring, still good. the location is nice.

4 nights with family of 5. Decent price compare to other properties nearby which could fit us. Staff was very helpful. Beds were comfortable but pullout couch wasn't all that great. “Great way to celebrate”

the stay was great, we were there to celebrate our anniversary and we really enjoyed ourself. The staff is amazing and very helpfull. The suite condition was great and clean, the beds were very comfortable. We'll be back !!!

“My Stay in Washington, DC”

I had a wonderful time during this trip. The staff were very help, polite, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. I was there for a graduation. The food selection was outstanding and the rooms were spacious and relaxing.
