Roof top gym they advertise has been closed for over a year. Room had a 12" TV they couldn't replace with the advertised 32" until someone moved out. Three of our family had a suite. The sofa bed was broken, no recompense for a poor nights sleep. The reception staff did not appear to be surprised when we reported it in the morning, suspect they already knew about it.

I recently stayed here for one night. The apartment is spacious and well equiped, but the location is not ideal! It is fairly close to a Metro station, but far from any tourist attractions. There are very few restaurants in the immediate area. The staff is friendly, struggle with English and some don't speak it at all.

Stayed here recently for just one night. Did not have the problems with smell and noise that some others have had. Experienced all of the positives that have been mentioned by others, including the size of the suite, cleanliness, shower features, pull-out bed in sitting room, etc. Paid about two hundred dollars, which included all taxes.

It is a no frills hotel! No continental breakfast, no paper on your door , no bar in hotel! However what this hotel IS , is spotless! Our room is fantastic! They are FULL kitchens. First, you couldn't find a better location for the convention center. It was well furnished and very convenient. I was very disappointed that the gym was shut down given I was there 6 days. The smell is so bad I had to send even the clothes I didn't wear in my suitcase to the dry cleaner.

My family stayed overnight at this hotel for our Cherry Blossom Festival visit to DC and we enjoyed our short stay and truly enjoyed the place with its facility and suite layout.
