Generally good, but could be improved. Location near the U Street station very helpful, being about 5 or 6 minutes to get to the mall and the archives. Truly a private and personal place. Pictures and reviews are true. Wonderful view from the third floor. Easy access to Metro and people everywhere at all hours. Restaurant and music, too. Will return to Cardozo Guest House.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. What more could one want? I should add that it is a good neighborhood, close to the metro, restaurants and clubs with many properties being restored around the neighborhood. I felt safe walking around at night. Wonderful room at a great price, close to Metro in a vibrant, safe neighbourhood. Stayed for 2 nights and it was a bit weird that I didn't speak to or see anybody in the house but the in and out procedures were easy to follow.
