Cramped reception area. Impersonal welcome. Rooms very noisy. All the voice and machinery{mower} noise come straight up into the room ( you have to open window- no air-conditioning}. Lifts nowhere near reception. Restaurant shut- not told on website. Bar food unimpressive. We haven't stayed in such a poorly designed and unwelcoming hotel ever.
