We stayed overnight, the final night of a 3 week holiday in New Zealand, and were not disappointed. An early checkin from a cheerful and welcoming host allowed us a full afternoon to enjoy the scenery, browse through the shops and wander along the seafront. Tresori Motor Lodge is a 2 minute walk to the jetty and shops, very convenient.... More

We stayed three nights atTresori Motor Lodge, Very comfortable, Good beds, We had a two bedroom unit. It had everything that you need. The unit was very dark and didn't get much sun even though the days were beauitful. The units are very clean. Great location as two minute stroll from the waterfront, shops, hotels and cafes. Good place to stay in this little community. The motel style small living room/kitchenette and bedroom suites are adequate and very conveniently located. Landscaping is very good with a lot of contained plants!

Dull, bland, average. A decent place to sleep, but not much more. Room was large. Cleaning service was incompetent. There was a nice large living room, with sliding glass doors, but this wasn't necessarily a plus, since people were constantly walking past and peering in. Location is pretty good -- lots of restaurants within walking distance. But, it's a small... More

Really nice place to stay. Our unit was on the first floor and gave us a nice view of the surrounding hills. The thing that really impressed me about this motel was the space. Lovely big bathroom and good sized lounge and bedroom. It is just a short walk to the waterfront and shops. Good car parking onsite.

We stayed one night at the Tresori and enjoyed our stay. We had one of the rooms on the ground floor and although it was a little dark, it was large and comfortably furnished. The bed was large and comfortable and the kitchenette seemed to have what you would need. We ate out and the location of the hotel was... More

Prior to going to Akaroa, I had done some research and chose this motel based on what I had read. It was in a good location and did have a spa, albeit it a tight fit for a "real" sized couple. The quick flush button on the toilet did not work and the other button was really hard to depress.... More

The manager was welcoming and friendly and gave us good sightseeing and travelling tips. Our room was of reasonable size, but pretty standard for a motel. Cooking facilities were pretty basic, so we ate out. It was a pity we had no view of the harbour, but there seems little short-stay that does in the town - we had only... More

After what we considered to be a somewhat long and mainly boring drive from Christchurch to Akaroa we arrived at our motel and were very pleased with it. We had not expected water views so this was not an issue. It was centrally located and we were able to walk to the shops/restaurants. For dinner, we opted for fish and... More
