Stayed for four nights. A terrific. Hotel. Very clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Free wifi.. Right by the train station and cable car making it very convenient for touring the area.

Stayed here in Jan for the skiing. Great location about 100m down a short hill to lauterbrunnen station and the gondola to Murren. We were actually able to ski back to the hotel from Murren using the inferno course. The room was excellent, large and with a bath/shower. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is access no lift so if you have any more than slight mobility problems it could be difficult especially if you are on a higher floor and apart from Trip Advisor reviews there is no prior warning. My family and I had a great experience staying at this Hotel. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms. Love that is was just a short walk from the train station and cable car. Will stay here again the next time we visit the alps.
