We'd read earlier mixed reviews of the hotel and were a bit worried about what we might find! We were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the decor is a little outdated and the service on reception could be speedier.....however...

This is not by any means a bad hotel, if you get it for a good price. We were delighted with the special handicapped room which was very spacious and had a fantastic bathroom with large shower and high toilet. This made my mother's life a lot easier!
