I found the staff very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was fine, no problem. I stayed with my wife for three days and had an evening meal twice. This was excellant. I also stayed for one night in September 2009 and the standard was the same. I would have no problem recommending this hotel.
Was physically pushed by an impatient Austrian waitress who wanted to get past. Smoking in the restaurant, oh dear - PLEASE GET IN THE 21ST CENTURY!! Will not go back here. Shame, could have been really nice.
Hotel location perfect, right in the centrum but best location also for ski. Parking place is a little far. Service are ok.
This hotel is well situated in town center, but parking is couple of blocks away. The hotel is really old, probably hasn't been refurbished for years. The breakfast was sub-standard at best, we did not try the restaurant for dinner. Staff was helpful when they were there, to check-
in we had to wait a while for someone to come...
