Central location in Riga, very close to both the old town and Riga's main parks. A professionally managed hotel, good reception staff, large rooms with high standard. Good value for money!

The hotel rooms have wooden floor which is a big advantage compared to the typicall 'dirty carpet look'. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The location is great, just next to railway and bus station and with Stockmann just across the street.

Train station, main streets, loud neighbors. Don't buy "garden view" — there are a few trees. No parking (the staff will tell you to park in the shopping mall across the station square). Nice room design.

The hotel has recently undergone a full renovation and name change (can't recall what was the name before). We stayed here for New Year and enjoyed it very much. Beautifully furnished and clean room, very good bed. Nice small spa for relaxation and good treatments. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. We will book this hotel again next time in Riga.
