Just returned from a 4 night stay in this apartment in Tallin. If you are in Talinn for a bucks/stag trip, you should seriously consider Kinga Apartments. The balcony is a little suspect but the view from the apartment is second to none. Superb location with shops and restaurants right at your doorstep and lovely views over the town hall square from the two balconies.
