The location is very helpful, not far at all from the old town or tram/bus stops. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming and their English is excellent. Spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast was fine, ample selection at the buffet. Very nice coffee too. Would recommend.

We stayed here with our 2 young children in October of 2011. The hotel is in a good location and in walking distance of the Old Town. The rooms were simple and clean. Breakfast was also simple and was served buffet style.

Brilliant hotel. Within easy walking distance of the old town and all the main sights. Staff were very helpful. Everyday there was a different receptionist on duty and they were all pleasant and keen to help. One thing I especially liked was, unlike most hotels. they didn't charge for securing valuables in a locker located in one of the lobbys.... More

as others have said good quality tourist class hotel within easy reach of old tallinn and all its sites no real negatives apart from breakfast could be improved having said that would happily use this hotel again if staying in tallinn

Arrived to be greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady and an array of tourist information on reception. The hotel is about 2 minutes away from the old town. The rooms were big and clean. For the stars awarded it was very good. If we had to be picky the breakfast wasn't hot.
