We stayed in winter when it was very cold outside but the Hotel was lovely and warm. They were in the middle of refurbishing when we stayed but that did not interfere with our stay at all. The room was clean and quiet. There is free Wifi and a computer in the room. The Hotel is roughly a 10-15 minute... More

very nice hotel, clean room, good breakfast. The hotel room has everything you need (PC) and even a bubble bathtub. The staff is helpful and polite. The surrounding is ok, close to green parks for nice sunny days. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The hotel is max 1,5km away from the old town. if you cannot... More

Have been to Tallinn 4 times and have stayed in this hotel the last two times. Stayed in a zen room which of course has a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom, great to relax in after a days sightseeing. Room was clean, bed comfortable and there was a computer in the room which we found useful for looking up restaurants... More

We liked the hotel very much. The rooms were big and spacious and were extremely clean. Good breakfast and ok service. Although they say the hotel is very close to the old town, it in fact isnt, thats the only down side. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed in this hotel for a short weekend trip with a couple of my friends. We had booked two Zen-rooms and expected to get what we had paid for. Our rooms were situated in the second floor and in the fourth floor; the room in the fourth floor had all the promised amenities and was very nice, whereas the... More

We got this hotel as part of a deal with easy jet flights and we were very happy with it, it was a short ride in from the airport, the staff were very helpful and it was only a short walk into town, its not really worth getting a bus or a taxi in my opnion unless the weather is... More

Almost all the positive reviews for this hotel are based on the Zen rooms, so that seems to be the way to go. The hotel itself has several posters in the elevators and lobby suggesting you upgrade. If you're staying in either of the room classes below that, don't bother. The lobby itself was impressive and modern, but the charm... More

Many thanks for your review. I am sorry you had a problem with the heating in your room, we have had some very very cold conditions but this has not affected the room temperatures so there must have been a fault or maybe a frozen pipe, the leak in the bathroom may suggest that. Did you mention this to reception... More

Service is very good in Kreutzwald Hotel. Location is decent; I had a very nice complementary ZEN room upgrade. Room in great shape, bathroom fixtures clean and modern. The breakfast is a really good though gets a bit crowded but no problems with service. Suggest arriving before 8am or a bit later then 9am. Overall a nice experience and I... More

We stayed here for three nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We booked a Zen Suite and everything about the room was first class, very warm, comfortable and very spacious. The computer in the room was very handy for keeping in touch with home and checking out places to visit/eat. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and... More
