Hotel Ambassador is a great budget hotel on Gedimino prospektas, Vilnius's most important (pedestrian) street. Surprisingly the street is fairly quiet at night. The hotel cannot be better located. Anyway some noise come from the street (so especially the room on the street). The hotel is not expensive and there is also a quite good breakfast. The bar of the hotel makes a fantastic espresso (and I'm Italian so you can trust me!) More
