If you are looking for the perfect location in Vilnius, Centro Kubas is the little hotel for you. It is "centro" in that you walk one way to the major tourist street and the other to the famous Madonna of Ostra Brama. The hotel's theme is linen making, so the rooms are decorated with traditional linens on the bed and linen making tools on the walls. The room we had was extrememly large with a kitchenette area. Bathroom was small with only a shower, however other rooms had a bathtub. Breakfast was included which was more than adequate with the option of scrambled eggs, omelettes. or Lithuanian pancakes made to order. It was even possible to have an expresso or cappacino The real plus of this hotel was the personalized service of the young ladies at the desk. They all spoke English perfectly and made every effort to make our stay lovely. They arranged for tours and guides and offerred suggestions for restaurants.
