The room is spacious but very average, I would rate it as 3 star not 4. There was one nice staff at the reception and at the bar but the rest of the staff have been very unhelpful. If you leave behind anything, don't expect to get it back because I still haven't despite numerous phone calls and emails. More

Excellent, spacious and clean accommodation and good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Located beside Theatre Square in centre and near to ferry for Curonian Spit and cycle hire. Some music noise from bar after 10pm. Good value for money if booked through internet. More

This is an excellent place to stay. The staff are very friendly and efficient and you get good value for money.
