I stayed for 2 nights at the Marrols hotel with a colleague on business. We were pleasantly surprised to receive such a warm welcome to Bratislava. The hotel obviously prides itself on an outsanding level of service, which we received from each member of staff that we came into contact with. We were impressed with the tasteful modern decor and... More

I've just returned from a weekend break at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the hotel has plenty of character and is built to a high standard. The breakfast was better than most with ingredients of high quality. The only negative was that the gym is a little small and under-equipped. Overall, an excellent hotel. More

Beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms, friendly staff, nice welcome drink and biscuits - I was very impressed they had a room ready for an early check-in too. Room was spotless with the free mini-bar, coffees, and yummy breakfast buffet included - just makes the stay more of an experience too, rather than just a hotel stay. It's on the border... More

A really great hotel ideally situated in the old town with easy access to the beautiful castle and a range of restaurants and cafes. The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. On arrival we were offered a choice of free drinks and (nice touch) on my wife's birthday we found on returning to our room a single rose and... More

Marrol's hotel is a five-minute walk outside of Bratislava's historic district. You might be a little put-off by graffiti-splattered buildings and dilapidated streets en route to the hotel, however, once inside, the atmosphere changes. We were greeted by two doormen who ushered us into a charming reception hall decorated in an elegant, Martha's Vineyard style. We stood at the front... More

I've stayed at Marrol's with my partner in our last night in Bratislava. It was our first time in a 5* hotel and we weren't disappointed. The hotel 'reminds' me of XIX century - the rooms are quite luxurious (we were especially awed by the furniture and wallpapers) - we were pleased by the attentiveness of the staff. Marrol's is... We have stayed in countless hotels around Europe and worldwide and can honestly say this one is the very best. Stunning decor from the moment you walk in, to the corridors as you walk to your room, to the bedroom itself. Impeccably clean, cosy and stylish. Loved the varied breakfast, free mini bar, free wifi and helpful, professional staff. 2... More

Great hotel, good location - within walking distance to old town. Staff were very friendly; good food in the restaurant; rooms were very clean and well presented. Cozy reception area with a fireplace made for a great place to relax with a glass of wine. Good value for the money. Would highly recommend this hotel! More
