“Completely misrepresented as a 3 star hotel, locals call it 2 stars”

Do not give your credit card without seeing your room first. They will not refund your money. This is really a hostel with the top floor or two having private baths. This hotel looks like a hostel, definitely not a 3 star hotel. Of course they have rooms which look like hotel room, but the whole hotel has a hostel feeling.
