I stayed at the hostel for 3 nights. The owner, an American with, if I'm not mistaken, a Brooklyn accent, gave us an ensuite while we payed for a room with shared bathroom (he also has "a cellar for noisy groups of young men" :) ). We more like had a flat with living room, spacy bathroom and sleeping room, for a very reasonable price. We didn't stay in Varoshmarty Utca, but two blocks further. It's pretty close to a metro station of the yellow line, which is convenient, because there's some distance to the main attractions of Budapest.
Everything was clean and comfortable. I'm going back there next time I'm in the city.
