Definitely upscale Best Western with European flair. The desk staff was incredibly helpful. Had some specific shopping in mind which they researched for us. Great breakfast. Love the self service espresso machine which is available 24/7. Beautiful rooms. Don't be put off by the BW brand. This is nothing like the US version. more

A small friendly hotel with a super location for sightseeing, we arranged concert tickets and river trips thought the hotel and the staff could not be more heplful. Hotel was clean and the only complaint was the juice at breakfast was watered down. more
