Over our three night stay in Rila we found the reception staff to be very approachable and helpful. The restaurant outside is small and simple but serves good food and cheap too - nice if you fancy trying some Hungarian food... This hotel was average, the decor was very nice outside and in reception area etc and the place was clean.
