We arrived in Budapest to 5 inches of snow on 12/20/09. The hotel was friendly, helpful and snug. The exterior of the hotel is non-imposing next to St. Mathias Church and the Fisherman's Bastian. Hotel is located in castle with wonderful view of Hungary Parliament and Danube River. Most major attractions are within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious and clean. more

The hotel is dated (sort of a time capsule) needs a renovation but nice view of the city. Complimentary breakfast and evening snacks that was tasty. more

I am consistently disappointed with Hilton hotels. The stay is always comfortable, but not worth the amount of money that is charged. Also, USD 7.00 per hour to use the internet is ridiculous. The castle district is nice, but inconvenient to get to the rest of the city. more
