Although this hotel is clean, friendly, centrally located and great value for money, we were stuck for a w hole wee kend without hot water. The weather w as - 20 degrees and snowing this is unacceptable. We kept bein told "sorry the plumbers come at 9a m tomorrow " yet nothing was fixed - great place if everything is... More

I booked a triple with two friends and we had no problems. When looking at the value of the room, rate vs. room itself, I think the rate is pretty good. If I were to return to Budapest, with similar budgets, I would rebook this hotel in a heartbeat. First, the location is great. We got out of the Budapest... More

This hotel is in a great location, you can explore budapest city centre on foot from here. If you don't like walking the metro, buses and trams are only a minute away. Rooms are well decorated, comfortable and quite as they are double glazed. The staff are friendly and helpful. About 12 miles from the airport, which you can travel... More

The reviews suggest this place is a great deal for the price and the location. I hate to give this place a low rating because the staff were the most friendly and welcoming people we've met and they left us a bottle of Hungarian wine in our room (which we are now completely in love with). However, travelers must be... More

I iked the entire package deal! Central location, nearby subway / tram / bus connections, groceries + businesses, super accomodating team, etc. I usually don't book more than 1 night per location, however I liked this place so much I prolonged my stay in Budapest for one week because of this offer (when you're delighted, why look elsewhere and risk... Previous reviewers advised about finding this location, so we were well prepared! Great location, near 2 underground stations in an "up-and-coming" part of town. Room was brilliant, considering the price. Great, friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place - for a"real" Pest experience. More

This accommodation is good value when you find it. Like many East Eurpoean small pensions the entrance is not obvious. We were lucky in that the schuttle bus driver showed us the iron gate to go through - it is not well signed. Take the quaint elevator and follow the signs down the labylith to the reception. You are welcomed... More

This is my first stay at a "non-traditional" hotel and it exceeded my expectations. I wasn't expecting a lot out of a budget hotel but this place is really very decent with extremely helpful staff. Don't be put off by this non-conformist hotel's appearance. It's a great bang for your buck considering its location and the service. The hotel rooms... More

This hotel is in an excellent location. The young staff are very helpful. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable and modern. Always free coffee/tea/water and cookies in the lobby. The rooms are on an inside courtyard, so it is very quiet even though it is on a busy street. Don't be put off by the stairway going up which... More
