we stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have been more pleased. Really recommend the top-floor room with a balcony (great view). The owners are so nice, the breakfast was delicious and generous and it's a minute walk away from the bus stop, grocery store, beach and downtown area. We love Portoroz and Piran and loved Garni Strasek!

I stayed at this Garni just for one night, and I would definitely recommend it. The location is just perfect: a few minutes walk from the centre, but in a quiet side street. The room was spacious, the owners kind, and a nice big breakfast was included.

This is a perfect place to stay in Portoroz and also I would recommend staying here in Portoroz instead of trying to stay in Piran. We stayed here for 6 nights this August and rated it very highly. The rooms are a nice size, clean and comfortable with new modern en-suite bathrooms. The Breakfast is excellent and the owners make you feel very welcome indeed. It is also located very centrally being 2mins from the centre of Portoroz and the beach.
