On arrival we were greeted by a young man who was very polite. We were given two glasses of champagne whilst check in was made. We were touring Poland and wanted to visit Poznan. Using satnav, we ended up near the Novotel. Booked a night at the hotel after seeing all the positive reviews. Received a confirmation email. After 6 hours I got a call from the hotel that the booking was cancelled because the hotel is full. We are more than sorry that such a situation took place at our hotel. What this member of our staff did was totally disdainful and unacceptable. He is not working with us anymore. The present staff is experienced, proffessional and polite and I can assure our Guests that such a situation shall not occur at Blow Up Hall 5050 anymore.... More

I am glad that the Guest liked the location and idea of our hotel. Now I would like to refer to the inconveniences the Guest experienced. A lot has changed since his visit.
