1. There was no hot water in the shower, only the sink.
2. Towels not changed and beds not made during a multi night stay not even new toilet rolls supplied!
Go to the Mercure down the road, much nicer!

This hotel is fabulous.Very cheap rooms all en-suite with satellite tv and a telephone.The breakfast(included in the price)was buffet style and the food was excellent.
The staff where very friendly and helpful.Although not all of them spoke English they will go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable(phoning taxis etc).
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Bydgoszcz.The price of a room for one person was approximately £15per night(depending on the exchange rate).
