Hotel Mercure Jelenia Góra is a good base for excursions in the Mountains and the Czech Republic. The rooms are very clean and often soprzątane. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and parking. The hotel restaurant serves Polish and international cuisine. Recommended for skiers and for those who like excursions in the mountains.

The staff was pleasant. The Decor of the hotel is dated. Hotel is not conveniently located to town and was not easy to find. Beds not comfortable. This hotel needs to renovate and update their facilities.

Welcome to 1979! Immaculate but dated hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Had one evening meal in restaurant which was superb! A little out of town but on main road to Karpasc ski resort. Very hot when we stayed and rooms not air conditioned so I wonder how they maintain their accreditation as a Mercure? Parking expensive... Staff was not helpful, breakfast was bit to expensive 40zl - but rewarding. It is time to refresh hotel rooms, including beds - very uncomfy, no aircon is another disadvantage. Big advantage is pool and spa area - very nice. Another thing is area where hotel is locater - very nice, beautiful!

The hotel is old; the photos do not resemble the reality especialy in terms of the rooms design. No air-conditionin. Old furniture. The rooms smell with cigarettes and paint. Personnel rather not kind.

Unfortunately there is only name common with Mercure brand. Got a post communist room and was told that there are no better available. Definitely rooms needed to be refreshed. The staff at check in is not familiar with loyalty program. If you can not find anything else - look harder and wish you to find better place.
