Excellent service with great tips what is worth of seeing and what is not in Zakopane and surroundings. Rooms are lovely, clean, warm, high standard and with Internet connection. Accidentally we came with friends to the Tatra Mountain Chalet. It was a memorable weekend. This place is very charming, has a unique atmosphere and well-appointed interior in beautiful, harmonious colors. Ideal location - close to the center, while far from the crowds of people. Very friendly and professional servis.

I was blown away by the staff's excellence and their friendly attitude. They also proved to be very knowledgeable about the attractions nearby. We especially enjoyed cycling on the mountain bikes provided by the hotel. Definitely worth flying from London to experience the best of Polish hospitality. Thank you Tatra Chalet!
