Hotel Litwor is situated mid way on the main pedestrianised main street of the small town of Zakopane which can get busy at some times of the day.The hotel and staff are first class and food out of this world especially breakfast [Buffet].Some bedrooms overlook the Tatra mountains and others a park. The air is filled with wood smoke from... more

Location and rooms were fine. My balcony was infested with flys so I couldn't open the door. Since there was no A/C that meant there was no way for me to cool my room down. They charge $10/hr to use the business center which is ridiculous for a hotel where you're already paying a fairly high price. The breakfast buffet... more

Although the hotel is close to the main drag, our room was at the back overlooking the park. This meant the room was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Zacapone is the Blackpool of Poland, but once you get used to that it's lively and interesting. Polish people are great and very family oriented. Was on a package trip,... more

For those seeking a cosy, low-rise chalet-style luxury hotel with a wonderful view of the Tatra mountains and an equally impressive combination gym, jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool (guest use is free), in the heart of Zakopane’s main street, Krupowki, the Hotel Litwor is great. Once a four star hotel, the Litwor now boasts 5 star status that in my... more

The hotel pretends to be 5-star, and has the outside look and prices of a 5-star hotel. However, inside the rooms are small, the bathrooms we saw only contained a shower, internet was only available against an extra cost of 10 PLN per hour. Furthermore is the hotel restaurant crowded with chairs so you have little space to sit, with... more

Great location and great view-ridiculous fees! FYI--an extra person will cost you about 140 zl. PER NIGHT, or about $65, that's on top of the $200+/night fees. Oh yeah, and you have to pay extra for the internet too. Ridiculous. This hotel is supposed to be excellent, but how great does being nickled and dimed to death in a $210/night... more

This Hotel is very centrally located in Zakopane. This proved to be a blessing and a curse. The Hotel itself is quite large and looks pretty impressive with a traditional style. There was a welcoming fire burning in reception when we arrived (it was chilly) and our bags were taken to our room by a porter. Our room (a twin)... more

Stayed here for seven nights after a four-night stay in Kraków. It's about the only place where you'll hear English spoken in the town! Accommodation comfortable without being special - no tea/coffee facilities, for example, or English-language TV stations. But the food's pretty good - our deal included a 4-course dinner. If anything the service is too quick - they... more

We stayed here for three nights in May and were very happy. We received an excellent price for the room with walk-in rates. We stayed in Room 303 which was a good size. It had one Queen sized bed plus a single. The furnishings were quite good. What made this room was that it was one of the few in... more
