Stayed here for two nights whilst touring with school group. Very comfortable hotel with nice look. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Mattresses and pullout beds were not so comfy. Very nice bowling and bar in the basement.

Arriving with a large group, a size that big for any hotel staff can seem abit daunting! However, the Hotel Wilga proved especially friendly. The rooms were lovely and clean and maid service was good. The location was great - all in all - a good hotel for a stay that you literally just want a comfortable bed!

Friends of mine stayed here and found it now overrun with drunk groups of men who kept them up at night. On their way back one night they were also mugged close to the hotel. The area around the hotel has a lot of derelict housing and is known for being dangerous. There are really much better choices in Krakow.
