I stayed in hotel 9 nights during April. The location of the hotel can't be better, few minutes walking from the train station, from old city,the market, from the shopping mall... everything is in walking distance and yet the neighborhood is very quiet. The location is convinient to the train station. The room was basic and clean but not as the pictures make it seem. The beds are a bit hard and the pillow was the worst I had ever seen. The biggest issue here is the paper thin walls. You can hear everything going on in the hall, reception, and adjacent rooms....

Located next to the train station in the heart of Krakow. The receptionists were extremely helpful and assisted me in booking an appropriate tour for the next day as soon as I arrived. The room was modest but well appointed and very clean - more than adequate for my needs. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation...

Stayed here in September 2010 while travelling with my parents. They had stayed here the previous year and found it nice enough to stay at again. Overall - Friendly staff, clean rooms all provided with clean bedding, towels, TV & toiletries. I would stay here again if I returned to Krakow.
