Lovely hotel,great location looking at the castle and river.Staff friendly and helpful.Food great.Hotel about a five minute walk from town.Cannot fault this hotel in any way.Booked the tours from a tour office in the town,most charge the same.Krakow is a lovely clean place,lots to see and do.Would definately stay at this hotel again.

stayed at this hotel in july and cant fault it at all for the price we payed, staff were freindly and helpfull with a good knowledge of all languages. very clean throughout and well decorated. roof garden/dining area is the best place to be for sure, amazing views of the castle which is right next door and the river views...
