We stayed there one night and yes, everything was ok, but comparing this hotel to other hotels in Poland for the same price - well, it could be better. Hotel System is quite alright for the price. Krakow's hotel industry is playing catchup with a recent surge in tourism and as such central hotels are expensive (£70+ per night). Hotels in the suburbs are much cheaper (£20-£35 a night), and I think the saving is worth the small cost of having to travel in and out of the center.... more

Visited this hotel in June 07 whilst on a visit to Krakow - taking in a trip to Auschwitz. Fab hotel and facilities especially the free broadband internet access in the room.
