The rooms in ground-floor were a bit noisy because of this hotel's drainpipe system. The service and food variety were satisfactory at breakfast lounge and restaurant. The location is rather far from city center and the old town district. I prefered to take taxi. More

The hotel presents itself very nicely from the outside and within the lobby. The rooms however are very basic and worn. The mattresses on the beds (in our room and our friends' room) were very uncomfortable: soft with springs poking through. The wi-fi internet worked from the lobby however the computer in the room was very slow. More

I chose this hotel based on my previous trip to Dublin where I stayed out of the centre, and found it to be a much more peaceful and relaxing experience. The hotel requires either a tram and bus trip to get here, or a taxi, being about 5miles / 8km outside the centre, so isn't really recommended for those tourists... More
