I've stayed at Globtroter twice and would recommend it to anyone. It's got a really nice atmosphere, lovely staff and fantastic location. They don't do breakfast (or other meals) but you don't really need it as there are loads of nice, cheap restaurants and cafes all around, including a great place for breakfast and lunch next door. This was a basic place that was very clean with staff who were very helpful and friendly! I was worried as it was near a club, but found it to be quiet. Very good location. Wi-fi worked well. If you didn't have wi-fi you could use a common computer, which worked well also. More

Great location, friendly and helpfull stuff. Comfortable and nice designed rooms, big shower, wi-fi in the room, warm and clean. Only bad side was: no kitchen for the guests, no plates, cups, cutleries. More

I stayed at Globtroter Guest House for 5 nights with a friend and we had a great stay. We both had our own, comfortable beds. The room was well heated (it was winter) and we had our own bathroom. I very much enjoyed my two days at Globtroter. The location is excellent. The room was immaculate and cosy without being claustrophopic (the high ceiling helps). The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Their restaurant suggestions were spot on. And amazingly for all that the price was exceptionally reasonable. I will return. More
