Is this really a 5 star? Not in my country... Beds are horrible, breakfast is ok but... 20 euros? I won't be back, for that price I expect a lot more...
The hotel was really great. 5 min walking from the Wawel castle and Rynek Glowny. The room was clean and the staff was very nice with us. The price is a little bit expensive for Krakow but at least you know that will be the quality of a Radisson Blu. Breakfast was correct en there was sparkling wine :=)

Our overall experience was good. The location of this hotel is excellent, with a lovely park on the other side of the street. To walk to the city center takes five minutes and there is a tram stop just outside the hotel.
We arranged for airport pick up with the hotel and the driver picked us up in a Mercedes....
