the novotel krakow is a wonderful hotel about 20 minute walk from the main square (rynek glowny), The service is excellent, and the retaurant has a great breakfast.The rooms are very spacious and clean., The front desk staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a tram stop across the street . Everyone walks everywhere anyway. Highly recommended.
