The first impression at the entrance to the hotel is the lack of people at the reception ... 5 minutes waiting. Then it turned out that air conditioning does not work, and not since yesterday (faulty switch), a dirty curtain in the window. Room reserved for two, but only one set of towels, bar of soap, one small bottle of... More

Quite central and had all we needed. Staff pleasant and helpful and arranged excursions for us at minimal cost. Everything was clean and fresh and room very spacious. Would certainly recommend it. restaurasnt was only open certain times as was the bar which closed early evening. However, close enough to other places.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Campanile in Krakow for five nights. The location is great as it lies on the outskirts of Old Town Krakow adjacent to the "green belt". The room was spacious with two double beds and plenty of room to spread out, however there was a musty odor to the room and obvious mildew... More

Comfortable room at affordable price and within short walking distance to the main market. Rooms were basic, but more than adequate for our stay in Campanile. Very nice staff, helpful and smiling. Bathroom clean and refurbished.

This is a basic chain hotel situated adjacent to the green belt that encircles Krakow. My single room contained three single beds. All narrow and none of them comfortable. Nevertheless, this is a well priced option for exploring Krakow - which is a true gem. Five minutes walk takes you to the main square. The breakfast was pretty average in... More

+ location not far from the center, but in a distance far enough to avoid the unnecessary noise + very clean and spacious rooms, nice bathroom with bathtub + low price - breakfast could be cheaper

When we arrived at Hotel Classic we were advised that due to essential repairs being carried out to the AC units we were unable to occupy our rooms and were moved to the hotel next door, Hotel Campanille. However, upon arrival at Campanille we were given rooms of far inferior quality to that of Hotel Classic. The rooms were cramped... More

We stayed at the Campanile the last time we went to Krakow and had no hesitatiion in returning, given the satisfactory stay we had and the fantastic locatiion and value for money. We were just as happy second time around, in fact we found that the welcome at reception had improved considerably and we checked in around lunchtime with no... More
