“Short break to Krakow”

Great hotel very clean staff very very helpful and spoke good English breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and pleasant waitress easy to get into city centre on plentiful cheap trams only 2 minute walk away highly recommend this best western and hope to return one day ourselves

I stayed here for 3 nights in April 2013. The hotel is outside the city centre but only a short tram ride away. This hotel, although a little outside of the city centre, offers a great price and is a good place to stay. The staff were very helpful, spoke perfect English and made us feel very welcome. What a great experience, staff were so friendly especially Anna all spoke english well. Room kept clean and tidy and breakfast had a good selection. 2 min walk to tram and easy access to market square takes 20 mins once you have worked out the ticket machine on board...fairly easy. “great trip”

Many thanks for a lovely hotel. and staff were great. we had lovely food here and i would like to thank MARTA who was a great help and really friendly i would definitely come back to this hotel,would also recommend using the hotel to book days trips eg aushwitz .because the guide was excellent.

Stayed here for 4 days last week - very nice hotel, decent facilities, free Wifi with excellent signal, nice restaurant - price included breakfast which had a good selection. 5 minute walk from tram stop, 20 mins on tram to centre. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
