You will enjoy the Pollera Hotel with it's excellent location in the old city. It is a historical hotel that is renovated, but has the old fashioned charm of the 1800's. Our room had twin beds and a nice sitting area. The hotel was about $100USD per night including breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is definitely old fashioned, so if you are looking for a modern hotel, this won't be for you. The staff are really helpful and friendly and speak brilliant English. We always stay in this hotel when visiting Krakow but it is only usually for one night on our way to/from other areas of Poland. If I were staying... More

I am afraid to say that I had not read up about this hotel before staying here, as it was a business booking. The hotel is quaint and old-fashioned. The common areas feel rather grand and nice, in an old-fashioned sort-of-way. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are very, very dated. The bathroom is tiny (no... More

We prefer to stay in "Old World" type hotels and Pensions.......mostly of the 3 star/4 star variety. If we are staying more than 2 days we also look for a hotel offering a mini suite of some kind. Having said that, Pollera offered us exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable cost. Some reviewers may find the hotel... More

I booked this hotel last minute and I loved it. It's located near the train station which was great for me since I arrived by train. It's also less than a five minute walk to the main market square. The staff was nice, they spoke excellent English, the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice. I had a... More

I stayed here after missing my return flight (long story) and after having had enough of stomping around town with my bag I kind of just landed here!! The staff at the desk were lovely, very understanding that I was tired, frustrated, fed up etc and just wanted to go to bed - it was about half 10 at night.... More

Very central, nice rooms, clean, lovely ambiance, very quiet, great breakfast. Loved that old staircase coming off the foyer. Easy walk to everywhere. Having said that, the front desk staff could try a bit harder with the charm routine - most are friendly, but to the lady who slammed my key on the counter when I came in the end... More

Great hotel in a very ideal location for pedestrians. The main square - Rynek Glowny is just round the corner. We arrived late at the hotel and after settling in, we decided to go for a drink. The man at the reception was very helpful and gave us the direction to the square which was just a few small streets... More

Our was a (pensioner) girls' trip to Krakow. We stayed at the Hotel Pollera which was excellent value for money. Our room was large, bathroom very good. The breakfast had almost everything you'd expect for a continental type breakfast and the staff were very helpful. The situation of the hotel meant that the main square was about 1 minute's walk...
