Very polite and professional staff helpful at all times, rooms were very clean and serviced promptly every morning. The Hotel is Ideally situated for the main square and for walks around Krakow, close to restaurants open air market sort walk away.

A lovely old hotel with real charm. Great furnishings and sumptuous carpets and decor. Mattress slightly thin but I slept well. Rooms are a nice temperature and powerful shower. The staff very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend.
