Arrived in Krakow on the 5th and came home yesterday the 8th. The Regent is the ideal place to stay for your trip to Krakow. Located in Kazimierz in the Jewish Quarter, you will a 10min walk from Schindler's Factory and from the Main Market Square. The staff at the Regent are extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are... More

My friends and I stayed here last year for a long weekend, there was nine of us in total. We allways wanted to visit austwitch and the main square. We arranged the trip to austwitch for the Monday morning before our flight back to the UK. When all but my brother and i checked out we were told by 2... More

Dear Sir, We're sorry to hear such a negative review about our hotel and this all event. Upon arrival, each room is thoroughly reviewed by the Head of floors and in the event of any defects immediately repaired. Usually, if guests accidentally damage anything in your room or find something incorrect report their observations at the reception. Cleaning lady noticed... More

We stayed here in September '11. A perfectly adequate if somewhat impersonal hotel. We were not looking for frills as we were up and out all day seeing this wonderful city. Ask for an upstairs room as ground floor rooms are adjacent to the sidewalk and there could be security issues. Also the breakfast buffet is easily overwhelmed by the... More

Dear Sir, Thanks for your opinion about our hotel. Each note is very important to us and is source of information about the positive benefits and also those which should be improved or changed. We strive to raise our standard and in November 2011 we bought new comfortable beds, and new 32 inch flat screen TVs. We invite you to... More

My friend and I visited the Regent Hotel in May earlier this year after I was invited to a conference at the Jagiellonian University with all of three weeks to organise everything. This hotel was reasonably priced with various attractive amenities, such as a free continental breakfast (best scrambled egg ever). It is walking distance to the infamous market square... More

We have just returned from a 4 day break in Krakow. We stayed at the Regent hotel and must say we had no complaints what so ever. The hotel rooms were not very big but all we used the rooms for were to sleep and shower as we were out all day long. The beds were a little uncomfortable but... More

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean. I like the furniture and room decoration. Although the room isn't that big, but enough space for our needs. It was a convenient location to take a bus, walk to the centre or to the riverside. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, in between we visited Warsaw for... More

Although out of the city centre, this hotel is great for food places and cultural vibe. We loved this part of the city and would really recommend it. We could safely walk around the streets late at night and everyone was very friendly. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke great english. In our room, the bathroom was freshly... More

The hotel, though not luxurious, was clean, comfortable and well situated. Every member of staff was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. The Reception staff booked our tours for us, gave us their recommendations and confirmed flights and taxi pick-ups etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely little hotel to anyone wanting a friendly, economical stay in Krakow. I would... More

Regent Hotel is located in the very lively Jewish neighborhood in Krakow. Our double room was small, but clean, with a TV set and bottled water provided on our arrival. The furnishing was a little outdated, but nothing to fret about, really. The bathroom is quite spacious and clean, with everything you need, including a good shower cubicle (no hair... More
