Our band checks into a lot of cheap hotels during the course of a year. This one isn't too bad facilities wise. The pool's decent and there's a jacuzzi and sauna. The rooms, though, are pretty poor and very basic. I suspect you could do a lot worse for a stopover hotel but I wouldn't book it for a holiday... More

My company organise trainings at that place. I do not recommend to stay there o visit Old Twon and historic places due to long distance to city centre, 10 min to tram and than 15 min by tram to reach Market Square. Meal in restaurant was OK, deliciouss dessert. Free parking side is a plus.

We booked a 4 night last minute break at the Orient Hotel, Krakow, with Thomas Cook. We picked up the tickets only the day before, and discovered we were with Flexible trips, not Thomas Cook. When we arrived at the hotel (4* booking) we were sent to the very downmarket Hotel Aster (*3 star, if that). We asked to be... More

on checking into the orient hotel we were pleased by the surroundings, until we were told to pick up the keys from the building round the back of the hotel, another hotel called hotel aster which had 3* bedroom rooms which we had booked but didn;t think we:d be treated as second class citizens. we were put in beside all... This hotel had 3 criteria we were looking for in a Krakow hotel: free parking, wi-fi, and a good rate. Other than that, it was sufficient. Make sure to specify if you want a double bed or twin bed at the time of booking; our room was a "double" but with 2 twin beds. The very nice front desk gentleman... More

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel in august. Rooms are decent but a little bit tired.. Hotel serves very tasty breakfast. Swiming pool is quite big but we didn't use it. I reccomend this hotel to people with a car or taxi users [btw very chip]. One more thing - restaurant in this hotel is VERY good -... More

Nice place with swimming pool, sauna and small gym. The building is in quite good condition and offers free parking places, which is very good. The hotel was relatively clean. In room there was everything you would need. The personnel was very polite and eager to help when needed. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Overall we had a nice... More

My and my friend stayed here for two nights, and we paid £100 all in for the 2 night stay. I think for the price we paid we got a pretty good hotel, just a pity it was so far away from Krakow centre. The hotel itself was very impressive but we felt like we were the only people staying... More

I stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend. We wanted to see Krakow for the first time and enjoy a few nights out. I booked here because I thought the cheap price and the swimming pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, would compensate for the location. The location is way too far out to be honest. It is about a 10 minute... price of the room was not the same as on the official website of the hotel. Or maybe the prices on the website are confusing. I didn't even check in. On the website there was a price 300-330 zl for a room in 4 stars area (they have also 3 stars area) for one person in high season. As I... More
