I've visited that awful place a week ago. Smell in the room was like a dead animal. In kitchen I found some old food. When I tried to inform service about that, they were very rude. The worst hostel I've ever been to!

I loved the Butik hostel! The staff was very nice, the position great (just outside the walls of the old town, close to the train station, the bus for the salt mines and the Galeria Krakowska and all the main turistic attractions (besides the wavel and the Kazimirez ;)!), the breakfast was good (and on the last day they did... Very good location, it's hard to imagine a better, very close to the old town. Friendly staff and very nice room at the reception, where you can take advantage of the Internet, watch TV, drink coffee or tea and everything is included in the price - a big plus. Unfortunately the floor in the room terribly scratchy, just a bed.... More

Been there a few days ago. Cosy and quiet place. Nice old building, all the facilities were fine, we got big double room no 5 with bathroom which looked pretty fresh, like after some kind of renovation. Great staff, helped us with arranging my sightseeing route. Just a few steps from Main Market Square and Train Station.
