Stayed in this hotel 10th-13th May 2012. The hotel is very modern, receptionists very helpful all spoke excellent English. Breakfast is included and was very good. The Hotel is very central and the main square is only a 10 minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel to anybody going on a trip to Krakow.

This is a good hotel that has recently been tastefully modernized. The staff were friendly and the breakfast quite extensive. The location while a bit of a walk from the square was very close to the Jewish district. The Jewish district was great for a drink in a trendy bar (singer for example)

This hotel is superb for a visit to Krakow as it is in the centre of all sights. It is clean, welcoming and light. All the staff were most helpful & friendly, nothing was too much for them. Krakow is a wonderful place to visit and all the people are extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.
