Just returned from a 3 night stay. Hotel is very central for all parts of Krakow. Both the Jewish Quarter and the Main square are about 10 mins walk. The Castle took us about 15 mins.
There is a shuttle bus both to the Salt mines and Austwitz which you can catch just across the road.
