We stay with my friends in Ibis Hotel Kielce, 1 night in October. The staff were friendly and very helpful and and the cleanless, the rooms is no.1. This hotel is in the near of the centre of Kielce. But there are not too much shops in the near.

Stayed here for 199 polish zlotys (about 50 euro) for bed and breakfast for two. Some of the staff needed a bit more training. e.g. we asked for information about places to visit and were told nothing between here and Warsaw (150km) was worth visiting. Ideal for quick business trip. Good pricing, centre location, wi-fi and parking lot. Nice breakfast ( not always typical for Ibis hotels ;). Quite close to Kielce Fair.
