The manager (Peter) and staff of this hotel are probably the most helpful we have ever encountered. Food excellent, rooms well kept and comfortable, good value for money. Not best situated to explore Katowice and would be nice if the bar stayed open a little later but all in alll top quality hotel amd staff.

Located close to the highway is concentrated on passing through hotels. Highly-rated, 4-stars hotel deserves this rating. I liked quality service, good polish cuisine, diversified breakfast. I disliked lack of minibar. Good value for money service.

My room was on the 5th floor. Stayed here over a weekend, and it wasn't easy to sleep due to parties on the 6th floor. The mattreses are not very comfortable, and needs an update for a Four Star hotel Twice during my stay the maid didn't leave any soap and shampoo.. Second last Day no service at All...

Stayed at this hotel in late October. Intitial thought was that it was OK, Receptionis friendly and no problems checking in. Room was OK, but as was said in previous review, cheap toiletries. Beware, as the Hotel Diament Park is in another, awful location than its sister hotel in town.
