I stayed with my son in this luxurious hotel. The staff is very helpfull. A high quality for an affordable price! A great advantage: the hotel is near the station. And a visit to for example Auswitch can be easily made. Henk

The hotel is located in a walking distance from the Katowice railway station (next to the 5-star Hotel Monopol). The rooms are quite small and basic. The staff is nice but the reception guys work so slow, I always had to wait for an invoice at least 5 mins. Breakfast very typical, anything special, everyday the same menu.

The hotel is near the center, but for my 1-day visit in Katowice this wasn't so important. Rooms are nice and clean, and bed let me sleep fine. The breakfast is rich enought to spend more than five minutes for that. The purpose of my visit was a business meeting and this hotel nicely fit the purpose of my stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful with any enquiry. The water in the shower was not overly hot, but the room and bathroom was clean and spacious and ideal. No complaints.
