Lovely hotel in the best position in town. We were lucky to be upgraded to Business Class which meant a very large, well equipped room. Only quibbles were the noisy street and the very soft mattress. Room was clean, and airy. Staff at reception was invariably helpful. Can recommend this hotel. J Fisher

Great location: Gdansk is beautiful and well worth a short visit. I think the hotel is so close to being fantastic....beautiful reception, spacious rooms but something isn't quite right. Breakfast was average with poor service. The room had a faint but definite smell of sewers. All in all, a good hotel with the potential to be great.

This hotel is one of my favorite Hotels in Europe; stayed here occasionally. It is very centrally located in the old-town of Gdansk, in a historic building, but with state of the art amenities. Beginning from the service to the actual hotel room to the location, everything was perfect. The rooms were big and had delicious coffee in it (usually I don't even notice but this was delicious coffee!). At reception they were very helpful and spoke English perfectly.
